Heavers provides a comprehensive range from VEKA, the global industry-leader in the extrusion of PVC-U. All of our doors feature high security nine point locking, with three hinges per door and 3D adjustment. In addition to this, Heavers also fits (neatly concealed in the door when closed) locking dogs, which prevent the removal of the door if the security of the hinges is jeopardised.
We can help you select a completely individual door to suit your needs, with panelling, detailing, glass inserts, handles and letterboxes to match your precise requirements. The furniture is available in five different colours, white, silver, anodised gold, chrome or black.
Throughout our range of windows, doors, conservatories and porches, all products are internally glazed. At Heavers we regard this as a priority; internal glazing looks good, offers extreme weatherproofing and provides superior security.
FRENCH DOORS
French doors are available as inward or outward-opening variants. Outward-opening doors are fitted as standard with cabin hooks and door stops or stainless steel adjustable stays. French doors are the traditionalists' choice. As an entrance to your lounge or conservatory, French doors create a beautiful sense of light and space. Heavers' unique low level threshold or no threshold options can provide level and easy access. Our low level threshold adaption is a safe option when moving between house and conservatory as there is no physical upstand to create a potential tripping hazard.
PATIO DOORS
Four-point stainless steel security locking is a standard feature on Heavers' patio doors. Our patio doors operate with extremely low friction, requiring minimal effort to open and close. Toughened glass to EN12150 is fitted as standard and the sealed units are A or B rated. Throughout our range of windows, doors, conservatories and porches, all of our VEKA products are internally glazed.
